A Pithead kiosk should do one job very well: get good coffee and chocolate drinks into customers' hands quickly.
The model is being shaped around smaller sites, focused menus and repeat daily trade. Rather than building large coffee shops with heavy fit-outs and complicated food operations, Pithead is interested in compact outposts that can serve commuters, drivers, shoppers, workers, students and local regulars.
